All housing reservations (players and their guests) will be made through TennisUNO.  For additional assistance, please contact our Housing Chair, Cecilia Loeb at Cecilia@TallahasseeChallenger.com for assistance. 

 All housing rules set forth by the ATP will be observed.  Failure to notify the tournament of your late arrival will result in loss of housing at the tournament.  We are not responsible for your guests’ reservations if not made within the appropriate time frame thru TennisUNO.    

To make reservations for dates prior to April 13^th (singles players) or April 14th (for doubles players), you may use the following information: Group code: TTC for both Hampton Inn. You must identify yourself as part of this group to receive the tournament rate of $115.00 per night.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  Reservations must be canceled 3 days prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room and tax.

Some private housing will be available again this year.  If you choose to house privately please notify our housing chair, Cecilia Loeb at Cecilia@TallahasseeChallenger.com and she will get you in touch with our Private Housing Chair.

TRANSPORTATION
Tallahassee Regional Airport is within 30-40 minutes of tournament site and hotel. Taxi to hotel is approximately $35-$40. Taxis are found just outside the baggage claim area or you can call: City Taxi 850-562-4222 or Yellow Cab 850-580-8080. A shuttle is available from the hotel to the tournament site on the :15 and :45 starting at 8:45am Saturday, April 13th. See hotel lobby and site lobby for shuttle schedule.  Uber & Lyft are available in Tallahassee.

Stringing:
Dom Lausic, Ph.D., PTR, USPTA, USRSA (MRT) and Dustin Tankersley, USRSA Master Racquet Technician, GSRA International Master Tour Stringer, will be the stringers for the tournament. Racquet stringing will be available at the tournament site, beginning on Friday, April 12th around 12N. Ask at the front desk of Forestmeadows.
