PLAYERS WHO FAIL TO CONTACT THE PLAYER HOUSING CHAIR FOR ASSISTANCE WITH HOTEL RESERVATIONS PRIOR TO APRIL 8TH OR MAKE THEIR OWN RESERVATION WITH THE HOTEL PRIOR TO APRIL 8TH WILL NOT HAVE THEIR ROOM PAID FOR BY THE TOURNAMENT—ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Reservations must be made individually by calling 850-574-4900 and using Group code: TTC(Hampton Inn) or calling 850-385-3553 and using Group code: TTC19 (Hilton Garden Inn) or click here for online reservations. You must identify yourself as part of this group to receive the tournament rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 3 days prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room and tax.
Private housing is available for players who would prefer it. Tallahassee tennis enthusiasts have housed players during tournaments over the past 19 years. These residents are looking forward to housing players again during the 2019 Challenger. Players can expect a good dose of Southern hospitality while visiting this “All-American City”. Arrangements can usually be made for players to stay together when desired. A car is necessary to stay in private housing.

Tallahassee Regional Airport is within 30 minutes of tournament site and hotel. Taxi to hotel is approximately
$35-$40. Taxis are found just outside the baggage claim area or you can call: City Taxi 850-562-4222 or Yellow Cab 850-580-8080. A shuttle is available from the hotel to the tournament site on the hour and half hour starting at 11:30am Saturday, April 20th. See hotel lobby and site lobby for shuttle schedule. Uber & Lyft are available in Tallahassee.
Dom Lausic, Ph.D., PTR, USPTA, USRSA (MRT) and Hrvojc Lausic willl be the stringers for the tournament. Racquet stringing will be available at the tournament site, beginning on April 20th in the afternoon. Additional stringing can be done at the tournament site. Ask at the front desk of Forestmeadows.
